The optimum serving size for sipping broth is 8 ounces per serving. Just add 1 sipping broth bag to 8 ounces of boiling hot water and let steep for 4 to 6 minutes. Make sure to squeeze the broth bag at the end of the steep to get the maximum amount of flavor. Leave the broth bag in for more intense flavor.
The only tool you need is a spoon or tea tongs to get the job done. You can even make a batch of sipping broth concentrate in advance of the day’s service to make drinks from. Signature drinks will require different amounts of water and cup sizes.
