I love Millie’s sipping broth. I have a cup of it everyday between lunch and dinner when I’m in my “snacking mode”. It helps so tremendously. And they’re delicious. I had an issue with my first order through Amazon so I reached out directly to the company and they were incredibly understanding and fixed the problem with absolutely zero issue. I recommend this sipping broth to everyone and now my mom and sister drink it at well!

Millie's broths first found their way into my kitchen from a 3-pack display at a Winco grocery store in my home town of Salt Lake. As a Health Educator, Author, and Alternative Healthcare Provider, I was intrigued by a broth in tea bag form. Since I am a "Starchivore", and have been following a whole food plant-based oil free diet (aka The Starch Solution) since 2017, a fat-free savory drink was the perfect fit for my taste buds and meal plan. I recall that my physician, the late Dr. John McDougall talking about hot savory drinks...Millie's broths showed up in my life at the perfect time. Winco no longer carries the Millie's Sipping Broth; so I went to the source and subscribed. I travel often and typically take my own food or eat simply on vacation to protect my health, save money, and feel my best. Food is medicine and has the power to heal or harm - the broths from this collection are truly healing and will be traveling to Japan soon when my grown son takes time out of his busy schedule to take me to Tokyo Disneyland for my 60th birthday.
