- 2 rice wraps

- In a bowl, scramble the eggs.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat , add one rice wrap and cover with the eggs. Cook the scrambled eggs until just set. Set aside.

Add the veggies over the egg and sprinkle the Millie's Delight Pho Sipping Broth
- Lift the egg in rice wrap up, place another rice wrap on the skillet and flip the cooked part over on top of the new rice wrap
