A classic fall and winter flavor is a combination of butternut squash and ginger. We add a little curry to this to spice it up.
- 1 tbsp of cooked butternut squash
- 1/8 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp of curry powder
- 1 Millie's Delight Pho Sipping Broth bag
- Dash of olive oil
1) Steep 1 Millie's Delight Pho Broth bag in 8 ounces of boiling water. Steep for 4 minutes and make sure to squeeze the broth bag to get all the flavor out of the bag.
2) Add all the other ingredients to a blender, then add the steeped broth. Blend until smooth. Enjoy right away.
