Thinking about adding anything other than butter to corn on the cob might be hard to imagine. But, this is an easy recipe to pump up the flavor of your corn on the cob and to really impress your dinner guests.
We are making a sauce using the Thai Lemongrass Sipping Broth that you could use for anything else like grilled red peppers, grilled eggplant, grilled chicken or as a dipping sauce.
In the video below, we take the sauce and just brush it on as heavy as you want it. It can be served hot or cold, but the best way is to have it on the corn as soon as you are done cooking it.
You can cook the corn any way you want - boiling water, microwave or grilling on a bbq. In the video below we use boiling water.
